Speaking Engagements

Litigation partner Jeffrey Lee represents clients in intellectual property matters, including patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret disputes. He recently spoke about trade secret theft under federal criminal law in a presentation entitled "The Economic Espionage Act of 1996: Issues and Developments," at the Bar Association of San Francisco on June 5, 2010 in connection with the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association's Western Regional Conference.

Ken Van Vleck (litigation, real estate) is a longstanding faculty member for the National Business Institute, speaking on real property title and boundary issues.
