Elizabeth Roth

Elizabeth Roth joined GCA Law Partners LLP in 1990, and specializes in employment law. Previously, she was a litigator in the employment law group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California. Ms. Roth speaks and writes frequently on employment law issues such as statutory developments, mediation of employment disputes, sexual harassment, employment discrimination, and privacy in the workplace.  She has written articles for the American Journal of Legal History, California Lawyer, Ms. Magazine, and numerous legal publications, and served for 11 years as an editor of the American Bar Association's Litigation News. She also served for 10 years on the Board of the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley. 

Ms. Roth holds a B.A. in English from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, an M.A. and a Ph.D. in English from the University of Washington in Seattle, and a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina.
