GCA
is looking for "A Few Good Attorneys."
We (humbly) believe that GCA provides its attorneys the opportunity
to practice in the perfect environment.
Our unique structure offers attorneys the freedom to practice law
not politics. GCA is free from the constraints of traditional
firms such as: (a) minimum billing requirements, (b) a hierarchical
management structure, (c) a lack of control over compensation, (d)
billing rates constraints, and (e) associates. Each attorney is
allowed to build the practice he or she wants, not the empire that
others demand. Our economic model does not require that our partners
have a book of business in excess of what they need to feed themselves.
We provide attorneys with the freedom to manage their own practices
while simultaneously valuing teamwork and assisting colleagues.
While the way we operate is flexible, our quality control is not.
We expect our partners to provide excellent service. The level of
our practice is comparable to the large firms at which most of us
practiced for many years.
The GCA model also is ideal for clients
from start-ups to multi-nationals. We provide clients direct
access to the experienced attorneys they hired. The efficiency gained
through only using experienced attorneys is enhanced by billing
rates which we are able to keep low due to a strong focus on keeping
expenses to a minimum. As a result, we are able to compete effectively
with any other firm for any matter within our practice areas.
Although
we are interested in any high-quality candidate with at least 7
years of relevant experience and whose practice is consistent with
a general business firm, we are especially interested in talking
with corporate and tax candidates.
If you are interested in being part of the "perfect" firm,
