Lillian Nakagawa joined GCA Law Partners LLP in 2005 and practices corporate law, including representation of companies in corporate organization, financing, operational matters, mergers and acquisitions, distribution, licensing and technology transactions, and representation of companies in international transactions, including global distribution of products and investments and transactions in foreign countries. Ms. Nakagawa is fluent in Japanese. Before joining GCA, Ms. Nakagawa was an attorney in the international corporate and commercial practice of Coudert Brothers LLP, in its San Francisco office and previously in its Tokyo and New York City offices.

Ms. Nakagawa received her A.B. and M.A. degrees from Stanford University and her J.D. degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley.
