Susan Condon joined GCA Law Partners LLP in July 2008 from the law firm of Armstrong Teasdale LLP. Her practice includes commercial litigation, real estate litigation and construction law. She has successfully represented clients in business disputes, defended companies in consumer-related claims and resolved real estate disputes. Her construction law experience includes construction defect and construction delay claims, as well as the preparation of commercial and residential construction agreements, and commercial leases.

Previously, Susan was a partner with the law firm Senn Palumbo Meulemans, LLP where for almost ten years she specialized in complex commercial and construction litigation, as well as insurance coverage and employment matters. Her focus from 1995 to 1997 was the mediated resolution of claims, particularly commercial, construction and real estate claims, with the mediation firm of Jenkins & Associates. She began her legal career in 1989 at the firm of Dryden, Margoles, Schimaneck, Hartman & Kelly, defending large manufacturing companies in product liability actions.

Susan received her law degree from Hastings College of the Law and graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a B.A. in Political Science and Business Administration Studies.
