Anne Neeter joined the firm in 1994 as a partner. Her practice involves technology transactions, product distribution, corporate and securities, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and commercial law. Her clients range from start up technology companies and investors to large public companies. Client technologies include: EDA software, other proprietary software, open source software, SoC Semiconductors, Internet related services and commerce, accelerators, emulators and other hardware, and professional services. Before joining GCA, she was a partner in the business department at Berliner Cohen in San Jose, California. Before Berliner Cohen, she practiced in the corporate and international area with the Chicago and Minneapolis offices of Baker & McKenzie.

Ms. Neeter further provides mediation services. She volunteers as a mediator in small claims court. She received her mediation training from Pepperdine University Law School in Malibu, California.

Ms. Neeter grew up in the Netherlands and has a Gymnasium B degree. She studied chemistry before switching to law and then received a J.D. and an LL.M. degree from the University of Leiden Law School in the Netherlands. She received a second J.D. degree from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York.
